OPM icon and television host Ogie Alcasid will celebrate his 57th birthday on August 27.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, the Filipino singer-songwriter shared what his plans are for his upcoming birthday.
“I don't have plans yet, maybe just a dinner with the family,” he said.
For the It's Showtime host, the success of all the concerts produced by his own talent management agency, A Team, is his wish for his special day.
“The success of all the concerts we're producing for this year and [the] next years,” he shared.
According to Ogie, he will be having a birthday production number on It's Showtime as they have been planning it.
It can be recalled that Ogie's special guests during his birthday prod on the noontime variety show last year were comedy genius Michael V. and seasoned actress Manilyn Reynes.
In October of this year, It's Showtime will be celebrating its 15th year and Ogie revealed that he's looking forward to the annual “Magpasikat” competition of the show.
“Syempre, 'yung 'Magpasikat.' We're already preparing for it. It's always a scary, scary thing but we're excited,” he revealed.
